Preparation and Characterization of Er3+,Y3+,Yb3+Co-doped Al2O3Luminescence Materials
AbstractWith the development of optical communications,Light-emitting materials used for the amplifier used in optical communication and amplifier requirements more and more and more demanding. In optical communication systems,due to the structure of the rare earth-doped fiber amplifier makes it impossible to be integrated,people began to consider the development of planar erbium doped waveguide amplifier(EDWA).It is use of optical waveguides doped rare earth erbium ions to achieve stimulated emission pumping light under. Of Y3+,Yb3+,and of Er3+co-doped Al2O3powders,an attempt to increase of Er3+in the matrix dispersion and uniformity.Reduce the photon quenching centers in the material of the erbium -doped ions concentration,to study the modulation of different concentrations of Yb3+co-doped material microstructure. And luminescent properties of Al2O3were investigated,in order to obtain excellent performance of the alumina luminous materials.
