摘要

采用硅胶材料设计了一种网络式气动软体驱动器,软体驱动器在通气条件下可实现弯曲变形。设计了驱动器模具,并制作了驱动器样机,进行了驱动器静力学实验与有限元仿真。结果表明:软体驱动器具有较好的柔性和灵活性,最大弯曲角度可达到323°。该研究为软体驱动器的进一步应用奠定了基础。

Abstract:

A network type pneumatic soft actuator is designed with silica gel material. The soft actuator can realize bending deformation under ventilation condition. The driver mold was designed, and the prototype was made. The static experiment and finite element simulation of the actuator were carried out. The results show that the soft actuator has good flexibility and flexibility, and the maximum bending angle can reach 323 degrees. This research lays a foundation for the further application of the software driver.
