摘要

针对目前传统黑板擦扬尘、擦拭不彻底、使用效果差等问题,文章设计出一款负压吸附式无尘黑板擦。该黑板擦是以粗效过滤网隔离,内部采用压缩空腔,利用风扇引流产生的负压来实时吸收擦拭时产生的粉尘,经过流体仿真分析和实验测试,能够实现粉尘吸收率90%以上,同时采用无线自动充电,具有超长待机性能。

Abstract:

Aiming at the problems of traditional blackboard eraser, such as fugitive dust, incomplete wipe and poor use effect, etc. The article designed a negative pressure adsorption dustless blackboard eraser. The blackboard eraser is separated by a coarse filter net, with a compressed cavity inside. The negative pressure generated by fan drainage is used to absorb the dust generated by cleaning in real time. Through fluid simulation analysis and experimental test, the dust absorption rate can be more than 90%. At the same time, the blackboard eraser adopts wireless automatic charging, which has super-long standby performance.
