摘要 

亚硝酸根广泛存在于自然环境中,过量的亚硝酸根会导致高铁血红蛋白和蓝婴综合征。本研究实现CuNCs@PEI的合成和对亚硝酸根的选择性检测,以CuSO4为铜源,PEI为配体,采用一步水热合成了青绿色荧光的CuNCs@PEI。基于亚硝酸根和CuNCs@PEI反应生成非辐射复合物使荧光猝灭的原理,我们实现了在0~10 μM内具有良好线性关系的亚硝酸根的检测,其检测限为0.1 μM,用于检测水体中痕量亚硝酸根。

Abstract: 

Nitrite wildly exists in natural environment, with excess nitrite that may cause methemoglobin or Blue baby syndrome. This study achieves a one-pot hydrothermal synthesis of polyethyleneimine-capped copper nanoclusters which based on CuSO4 and PEI for detection of nitrite. Base on their formation of ground-state complex and fluorescence quenching. The limit of detection was 2 μM in the linear range of 0~1000 μM, which can detect the trace of nitrite.
