摘要 

我国的人均水资源拥有率非常低。东北地区由于地理原因、水资源污染严重,再加之东北各地区水资源分布十分不均,因此该地区的城市洪涝频发、水质污染十分严重。如何利用东北地区的地理特点和水资源分布情况,科学利用海绵城市理念,将生态系统中的一些水资源充分利用起来。本文解析并利用海绵城市的特点和概念,打造东北地区的绿色生态住宅区。进一步证实海绵城市在东北地区实施的必要性。

Abstract: 

Due to the uneven distribution of water resources in Northeast China and the rapid development of urbanization, the natural ecological environment in Northeast China has been destroyed day by day, and the ecological environment of urban residential areas is deteriorating day by day. Based on the above situation, this paper puts forward the application of sponge city technology to the construction of urban district, from pavement, residential ecological park, underground parking lot to improve and innovate the situation of urban residential area in Northeast China.
