摘要

采用添加表面活性剂的方法辅助提取水蜈蚣中总多酚。以总多酚的提取率为指标,确定添加表面活性剂的种类,七种表面活性剂中十二烷基苯磺酸钠最佳。考查表面活性剂的浓度、超声时间、超声温度和乙醇浓度等几个单因素的较优提取条件,在此基础上采用正交实验法确定最优提取工艺条件为超声时间30min,超声温度50℃,乙醇浓度65%,乙醇浓度65%为时,总多酚提取率为5.787%;进行5组平行实验,总多酚平均提取率为5.776%,相对误差0.187%,此工艺与不添加表面活性剂相比,总多酚的提取率提高了60.9%,添加表面活性剂提取总多酚的方法具有一定的可行性。

Abstract:

The total polyphenols of Kyllinga Brevifolia Rottb was extracted by adding surfactant. With the extraction of total polyphenols as index to determine the added surfactant species, Twelve Sodium Alkylbenzene Sulfonate(SDBS) was the best in seven kinds of surfactants. Several single factor extraction conditions were examined including the concentration of surfactant, ultrasonic time, ultrasonic temperature and ethanol concentration. On the basis of as mentioned determined data, Orthogonal experimental method was adopted and the optimal extraction conditions were ultrasonic time of 30min, ultrasonic temperature of 50 DEG C, 65% ethanol concentration, ethanol concentration is 65%, the total polyphenols extraction rate was 5.787% under these conditions; 5 groups of parallel experiments were carried out, the average extraction rate of total polyphenols was 5.776% with the relative error of 0.187%.Compared with no surfactant, the extraction rate of total polyphenols was increased by 64.5%. The method of adding surfactant to extract total polyphenols is feasible.
